My CV
May 2009 – Present
Freelance Digital Communications Consultant
Since October 2009 I have been working on a social media project for Camden Council, looking at how social technologies can be integrated into the wider communications strategies. The project is both theorectical and practical: as well as developing a social media strategy, I am also working on the marketing for their Love Camden campaign, and am writing a series of briefs around using social technology to engage with different resident groups (specifically teenagers on behalf of the libraries, and council tenants).
I have been running digital communications for the Fairtrade London campaign since June, which includes growing and maintaining online communities (Twitter, social network groups), developing relationships with key bloggers. I have project managed the build of a new social hub which includes blogs, forums, video streaming. I am also developing a series of “real life” events to capitalise on these networks and celebrate the first anniversary of London becoming a Fairtrade City.
